These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DanceVibe platform (“DanceVibe”, “Service”), operated by FuturIT center LLC.
By accessing or using DanceVibe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. About DanceVibe
DanceVibe is a digital platform designed for ballroom dance competitions. It provides live schedules, categories, heats, results, and notifications for organizers, participants, coaches, and spectators.
DanceVibe is accessible via modern web browsers and does not require application installation unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility
You may use DanceVibe if:
  • You are at least 16 years old, or
  • You have the consent of a parent or legal guardian (if required by local law)
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. User Roles
DanceVibe supports different user roles, including but not limited to:
  • Organizers
  • Participants (dancers)
  • Coaches
  • Spectators
Access to features and information may vary depending on the role and permissions defined by the tournament organizer.

5. Account Registration
Some features of DanceVibe may be available without registration (for example, public viewing of schedules or results).
If registration is required:
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
DanceVibe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Use of the Service
You agree to use DanceVibe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
  • Use the Service for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the platform’s operation
  • Access or attempt to access data not intended for you
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service without authorization

7. Tournament Data & Accuracy
DanceVibe displays information provided and managed by tournament organizers.
While we aim to ensure real-time accuracy:
  • DanceVibe does not guarantee that all information is free from errors
  • Organizers are responsible for the correctness of schedules, categories, heats, and results
DanceVibe is not liable for decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

8. Notifications
DanceVibe may provide notifications related to:
  • Schedule changes
  • Heat updates
  • Results
  • Other tournament-related information
Notifications are provided as a convenience feature and may be delayed or unavailable due to technical reasons.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design elements, and trademarks on DanceVibe are the property of FuturIT LLC or its licensors.
You may not:
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reuse content without permission
  • Use the DanceVibe name or branding without written consent

10. Third-Party Services
DanceVibe may include links or integrations with third-party services.
DanceVibe is not responsible for:
  • The content or practices of third-party websites
  • Any damages resulting from interactions with third parties

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • DanceVibe is provided “as is” and “as available”
  • FuturIT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

12. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using DanceVibe, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

13. Suspension and Termination
DanceVibe reserves the right to:
  • Suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time
  • Remove content or accounts that violate these Terms
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.

14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes become effective when published on this page. Continued use of DanceVibe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland.
